Shipping Policy
At Captain’s Custom Shop, every order is custom-made to your specifications. Because of the handcrafted nature of our work, orders will be shipped only after the completion of production.
Production Times
Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project, current workload, and materials availability. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Method
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or common freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping method and cost will be determined during checkout or in your custom proposal.
Notification and Tracking
Once your item has been completed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to file a claim and make things right.
Local Delivery & Installation
For customers within our service area, local delivery and installation options may be available. These will be discussed and scheduled during the design and ordering process.
